PREPAID ORDERS
Payment must accompany order. Payment can be made by a cashier check, money order, comany or certified check. Orders made with company or personal checks will be held until check clears. Call ahead for freight charges.

C.O.D. DEALER ORDERS
Payment method on C.O.D. orders greater than $300.00 must be approved before shipment. Shipping and C.O.D. charges will be added to all C.O.D. orders.

O.E.M. AND QUANTITY ORDERS
O.E.M. and quantity prices are available upon request.

OPEN ACCOUNTS
Credit will be extended to qualified firms with an approved credit application. All orders are prepaid or C.O.D. until credit is approved. Open Account terms are: Net 30 days. To establish a line of credit with Scosche, an application must be submitted listing a minimum of three (3) references, listing the address, phone and fax number of each reference, and a bank reference. The application must be signed by a principle or authorized officer of the company. A credit line will be established by our credit manager*. The account must be maintained with a current status according to the terms (net 30 days). Collection and attorney fees will be added to any account placed for collection.

WARRANTY
All items sold are price grade and 100% Q.C.'d All Scosche products carry a 90 day limited warranty. An even exchange will be awarded for any defects in manufacturing and workmanship. All defective parts must be returned to Scosche (shipping paid by sender). The provision of this guarantee shall not apply to any product which is used for a purpose for which it is not designed or which has been altered adversely affecting performance and reliability, or which has been subject to misuse, neglect or accident. The only liability Scosche Industries is limited to is the replacement cost of the defective part. NOTE: Electronic products returned as defective and found to be in working order will be returned to the customer and will be subject to a 15% service charge.

SHIPPING
All items are sold F.O.B. Oxnard, California. All title passes at F.O.B. point. All claims to be made against carrier. Any discrepancies must be reported to Scosche within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods. Air freight and mail service is also avaialble upon request.

PENDING SHIPMENT
Any order that has a product we are unable to ship will be placed in pending shipment. We will ship as soon as possible unless otherwise advised to cancel pending shipment.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
A shipment that has been refused by the customer for any reason is subject to a 20% or minimum $5.00 restocking fee.

RETURNS/RESTOCKING FEE
All sales are final. No returned goods will be accepted without prior written authorization. All goods returnedmust be in resaleable condition. Returns will be subject to a restocking charge of a minimum 10%, maximum 25%. Any return without return authorization will be refused.

SHORTAGE/DAMAGE
Claims must be made withinten (10) working days.

NSF CHECKS
Any checks returned to Scosche for non-sufficient funds will be subject to the California Bad Check Law Number AB 1226. The law states that the recipient may collect 3 times the amount of the check plus all filing and court costs. A $15.00 service charge will be assessed on all returned items.

*Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for Credit Applications to be processed and an Open Account amount to be established.
